Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tradematic website, desktop application, licenses, subscriptions, support, and related services. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using Tradematic, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Tradematic is a native macOS trading journal and performance analysis tool. It helps users import or log trades, review execution behavior, analyze patterns, and generate next-session action plans. Tradematic is not a brokerage, exchange, financial adviser, signal provider, or trade execution platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account, purchasing a license, or contacting support.
3. License and Access
Access to Tradematic requires an active monthly subscription or a valid lifetime license. Subject to these Terms, Tradematic grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the application for your personal or internal trading journal workflow.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments, tax calculation, tax collection, invoicing, and checkout security are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Tradematic does not directly store your full card number or card security code. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
5. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases and do not renew.
6. Refund Policy
Initial purchases are covered by a 14-day refund window. If Tradematic is not for you, contact support@tradematic.solutions within 14 days of purchase and include the email used at checkout. Refunds may be processed through Creem and can depend on payment provider timing and fraud-prevention checks.
7. No Financial Advice
Tradematic is an analytics and journaling tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. Any insights, statistics, generated outputs, or action plans are informational only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes.
8. User Data and Generated Reviews
You retain responsibility for the trade data, notes, screenshots, CSV files, and other content you upload or enter. When you request generated reviews or action plans, relevant context may be sent through Tradematic's cloud proxy to generate a response. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Tradematic, attempt to bypass licensing or security controls, reverse engineer the software except where legally permitted, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
10. Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tradematic over time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, operating system version, broker export, or third-party service.
11. Third-Party Services
Tradematic relies on third-party services such as Firebase, Creem, hosting providers, and automated analysis infrastructure. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for failures or changes caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
Tradematic, including its website, application, branding, interface, code, design, and related materials, is owned by Tradematic Solutions or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Tradematic to you.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Tradematic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or consequences of decisions made using Tradematic.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Tradematic evolves. If changes are material, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Tradematic after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
