1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, use Tradematic, purchase a license, or contact support. This may include:

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Trading journal information, including trades, notes, tags, analytics, imported CSV data, screenshots, and app settings.
• Support communications and information you choose to send us when asking for help.
• Basic technical information needed to operate the website and app, such as device, browser, network, and error details.

2. Payment Information

Payments, tax handling, invoices, subscriptions, and checkout security are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Tradematic does not directly store your full card number or card security code. We may receive payment status, license, subscription, customer, or order information needed to provide access and support.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve Tradematic, synchronize your journal, authenticate your account, manage access, generate requested reviews and action plans, process support requests, prevent abuse, send important service messages, and maintain product security.

4. Data Storage and Security

Journal data is stored using Firebase services. Screenshots are stored using Firebase Storage. Data is protected with encryption in transit and at rest by the services we use, and access is tied to your authenticated account. Core journal data may remain temporarily available through local caching and synchronize when connectivity returns.

5. Generated Reviews

When you request generated analysis or an action plan, relevant trade and journal context is sent over an encrypted connection through Tradematic's cloud proxy to generate the response. Do not submit information you do not want processed by cloud services.

6. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to run Tradematic, including cloud hosting, Firebase services, payment processing through Creem, email or support services, and automated analysis infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal trading data. We may share information only when needed to operate Tradematic, comply with law, prevent abuse, protect our rights, process payments, provide support, or with your direction.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Tradematic, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request account or data deletion by contacting support@tradematic.solutions. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, tax, or legal reasons.

9. Your Choices

You can choose what trade data, screenshots, notes, and CSV files you upload or enter into Tradematic. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or support with your account information.

10. Children

Tradematic is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Tradematic evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
